Our editors review and follow many different online backup companies over the year and choose the best. This criteria includes companies that bring new, fresh ideas to the industry, provide excellent customer support, superb customer relationships, and great backup plans.
For best new backup company, MyPC Backup was chosen because they came onto the scene only 1 year prior in 2010 and brought with them a great brand. They designed a clean and simple to use software. The software is simple to use, backups are easy to configure, remote file viewing is painless, and data recovery is top notch.
They are not perfect, but they are learning and growing. Through interactions we have had with them we can tell they will improve when and where they can. Because of these observations we awarded MyPC Backup as best new backup company for 2011.
